It’s back! Our budding community film makers made their way to the beautiful Kampung Mantob in Kiulu in March for the first storytelling workshop. The three-day workshop ran from the 23rd to the 26th of March, with 30 participants Kudat, Semporna, Mantanani, Dagat and more.
During the workshop – held at Borneo Eco Tours’ Kiulu Farmstay – participants were introduced to basic narrative skills, mind-mapping and storyboarding. This is the first of four workshops that will take place around Sabah, culminating at the main festival weekend where completed community films will premiere.
